Where I share the process
I film the process in Reels, answer in direct messages and post long breakdowns on YouTube. One signal runs through all three.
AI products · AARO studio since 2019
Apps, Telegram bots and work tools I make myself. I show the whole process, mistakes included. Since 2019 I've run AARO, a web design studio.

Where to land for fuel and what it costs? And before the licence: how to pass the theory without a fortune.
Money across countries and cards is easy to lose track of.
I wanted to see where I'd been and compare honestly where to live next.
Is it safe to walk in this heat, where's a vet, which papers at the border: that used to be seven apps.
Sales, curators and tech lived in chats and sheets. I built them one workplace.
Fifteen projects and one day. I need a planner that won't let me fool myself.
Fuel costs something different in every country, and there's nowhere to check in advance.
Every mountain on the way is a step: acclimatisation, gear, budget. I wanted to see the whole road at once.
I built the route I'd use myself: from hello to fluent conversation.

Products
Every product takes the same road: idea, prototype, build, release. Where the green is lit, you can use it today.
Log a purchase in any of 63 currencies and Kopilochka converts it into yours. Wallets, goals, a safety cushion, capital and property in one place. Inside: a directory of 2,771 banks, brokers and wallets in 215 countries, property tax for 52 countries and 13 interface languages.
Digital MAC cards for couples: 700 questions in 10 themes. Pick a theme, draw a card and answer together. Built for the Lady School online psychology school; access by subscription.
Petrol, diesel and LPG on a world map down to a single station: where it's cheaper, what a full tank costs and how to plan a trip. Already over 200,000 stations with prices in 15 countries.
48,000 airfields on a map: the fuel price for your aircraft, fees, runways and sunrise, and the route planner shows where to land for fuel. I'm building it because I fly myself.
After a fight, closer than before. A step-by-step path to making up, a fight journal that shows repeating patterns and questions to grow close again.
One app instead of seven: whether it's safe to walk right now given the breed and asphalt temperature, a shared care log, a passport with reminders, a hazard map and a lost-dog alert.
All 195 countries on one map: mark where you've been and where you want to go, and see your share of the world, progress by continent and your own pins.
Books stand on the shelf spine out, like at home. Open any of them to see its status, your rating, your notes and quotes.
A workplace for the team at Lady School, an online psychology school where I'm the CEO. Conversations, tasks, instalments, courses and a knowledge base instead of chats, sheets and Trello. The school has over 45,000 students and in 2023 made GetCourse's top 30 largest schools.
I got my private pilot licence and built the material I was missing: how to fly a plane without a fortune or confusion. 17 topics from “how aviation works” to night flying, 282 test questions, flashcards, a radio trainer and the oral exam.
I learned English in 7 months and built the route I'd take from scratch: 41 topics as metro lines, 230 stations from A1 to C2, no dull or outdated material. Close a level you know with a test; mistakes come back at intervals. There's one for Spanish too.
My day planner, only more honest than the usual ones. Tasks land on the hours, so you see right away what won't fit. Push the same task a third time and Grandpa starts grumbling and suggests splitting it or crossing it out. A prototype for now.
Looking for a better place to live? Chemodan compares cities by salaries, rent, taxes, air quality, weather and flights and shows where you'd be better off.
A ladder of peaks up to Everest: which summit is next, acclimatisation, training, a gear checklist and the expedition budget. I'm climbing it myself.
A training and nutrition plan for a specific goal: what to eat today, what to do in the session, weight and progress week by week. I run myself on it.
Suggest an idea
Tell me what you're missing in your life or work. Once a month I take one idea from club members, build it and release it for everyone. The author gets the product free forever and their name in it.
Need it just for you, and sooner? I'll build it to order ↗
Method
First a need, usually my own. Then research, at least 20–30 studies per project. Only then the build with AI. That way a product answers a real need, not a guess.

Every product starts from something I or the people around me were missing. So the idea has a real scenario from day one, not an invented one.

Papers, data, reviews of similar products, conversations with people. If the need holds up, I go on. If not, the idea goes in the drawer.

I build a working version with AI and hand it over straight away. I fix it by how people actually use it.

I ship where it suits people and show the whole road in Reels and the channel, mistakes and rebuilds included.
Why the second step takes so long. Research weeds out the ideas only I like. What reaches the build has already been checked against other people's needs, which is why it reaches release.
Learn
Three steps for people who want to make their own AI tools. The main one is the club, where once a month I also build one member's idea.

Ready tools and prompts in a Telegram channel: take them and use them.

1–3 new tools a week, breakdowns and an idea of the month from members.

How to build tools like these yourself and write prompts that work.

The main step
Where I build products together with members and hand over everything I make before anyone else.
I'll message you personally when enrolment opens. Your contact is used only for that.
